About Dr. Nischal Rajendra Pandya
Dr. Nischal is a Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon (Paediatric CVTS) with over 8 years of experience in the field. He completed his M.B.B.S from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, followed by M.S (Master of Surgery, General Surgery) from B.J Medical College (Gujarat University). He later did his M.Ch (Magister Chirurgiae) in Cardio Vascular and Thoracic surgery from The Christian Medical College, Vellore (The TamilNaduDr.MGRMedicalUniversity,TamilNadu). Hehascompleted DNB in Cardio Thoracic Surgery. He also did his Fellowship and Senior Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery from Brisbane, Australia. Areas of Special Interest and Expertise He has performed various paediatric and adult cardiothoracic and vascular procedures including multiple paediatric redo surgeries. His area of special interest and expertise include congenital cardiac surgeries (neonatal and infantile). He also has a keen interest in paediatric valve repairs, cyanotic congenital heart disease, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support, assist devices and heart transplants. He has presented award winning papers and posters at various state and national/international meetings and has also authored papers in various national and international journals.
